From its early existence as The Veranda social-based respite program, Veranda Ministries has grown into an organization that offers a variety of programs and services to serve the needs of the senior population and their families affected by the aging process.
Services include The Veranda day respite program, “Hidden Heroes” grief support meetings and a dementia/end-of-life doula programs. The non-profit organization provides an annual care partner conference and also offers dementia care training for families of those living with dementia. Veranda Ministries also hosts the “Aging, Angst & Alleluias” podcast.

Veranda Ministries exists to meet the social, spiritual, physical and emotional needs of families caring for loved ones living with dementia or other debilitating medical issues.

No need is too small and no voice is too quiet to be heard. We devote the time and energy necessary to help families and caregivers.
